The René Herse Fleecer Ridge is the ultimate tire for bikepacking, gravel adventures, and mixed-terrain exploration. Developed in collaboration with bikepacking legend Lael Wilcox and named after one of the toughest climbs on the Tour Divide, the Fleecer Ridge is designed to excel across an incredible range of conditions—from mud, snow, and rough gravel to fast pavement sections between resupply stops.
Its innovative tread design delivers the grip of a knobby tire when the trail gets challenging, while rolling surprisingly fast and quietly on pavement. Large, strategically placed tread blocks maintain consistent contact with the ground for efficient rolling, and the staggered tread pattern creates overlapping sound frequencies that help reduce road noise. Available in multiple casing options, the Fleecer Ridge lets riders choose the ideal balance of speed, comfort, puncture protection, and durability for their adventures.
