The Sorceress is Surly’s progressive trail hardtail, built for ever-evolving trails and the riders who can’t get enough of them. Following the legacy of their trail-ready mountain bikes, the Sorceress is engineered to power through modern singletrack and gnarly black trails with low maintenance, extra stability, and a healthy dose of playfulness. Its inherent adaptability allows riders to full-send on the trails without worrying about constant adjustments.
At the heart of this build is Surly’s proprietary DUH dropout system. This patent-pending technology lets the rider configure the bike in a geared mode with a UDH hanger or Full-Mount drivetrain, or swap it out for a slotted single-speed chip for ultimate simplicity. With inclusive standover clearance and maximized dropper post insertion, the frame is designed to welcome a wide range of rider heights and riding styles.
